New dates will be planned soon: all our May courses are postponed. The emphasis of this course is all about professional ganaching techniques- learn how to make ganache, how to achieve a perfect finish on a ganached cake and how to get that perfect drip.

2-week Back to Basics

We hope the course will run in June (postponed March/April, COVID-19); more dates are being planned. Over two consecutive weeks you will bake a round Madeira cake and then split fill and ice it to achieve a smooth professional finish.
