To email cake news, course dates, top tips, tutorials, special offers and cake club invitations we use MailChimp as our marketing automation platform – so information will be transferred to MailChimp for processing. This is in accordance with their Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe at any time.

To process payments, we use PayPal. In order for the transaction to be processed information will be transferred securely via SSL.

All debit and credit card information is processed securely offsite by PayPal in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
