Mini ghost cake with pumpkin & bats

We will bake mini cakes for you which you will fill with buttercream, and ice to create a ghost. Learn about cake supports and although it is tricky to see from the picture, the ghost is hovering slightly. Make a pumpkin and flying bats to complete the decoration. Everything is explained step by step and you will be amazed at how many skills are covered.

Annabelle is an accredited tutor for the PME Diplomas in Sugar craft and also designs and delivers a wide range of other highly successful cake baking and decorating classes. Everything is Included including the cakes, all icings and a box. Course attendees will also receive comprehensive course notes and 10% discount on items purchased in the cake decorating supplies shop on the day of your course.
We provide tea, coffee, drinking water and cake. You may like to bring an apron.
