Please note that your payments are non-refundable. If you need to transfer your course to an alternative date or topic you may do so if it is more than two full weeks (4 weeks for diploma courses) before your course date. A £10 (£25 for diplomas) transfer fee will apply. We regret that we are unable to accept any transfers within two (four for diplomas) weeks of your course date.

If for any reason we need to cancel the course (except bad weather/ corona virus – see below) we will give you as much notice as possible and we will offer you a full refund or a place on another course to the same value.

Bad Weather/ Coronavirus Guarantee

If bad weather/ coronavirus (COVOID-19) prevented you from attending a course or if we were unable to run the course we will arrange for you to attend on an alternative date.
