This was a great video and has really helped with how I will choose my icings when decorating, modelling or creating my cake designs. The video was very informative giving recommendations on which icings are best suited for different decorating skills. I particularly liked the extra hints with regards to, mixing two different icings to help produce a better finish. Included with the video comes an excellent set of notes and flow charts to help you make the right choice when choosing the icing to use. Since watching the video I have made an 18th birthday cake, I used the Saracino icing to make the electric guitar, I mixed beau with Karen Davies fondant to make the musical notes which I used a mould for, they came out very nicely and I used the Kluman and Baulter sugar paste to cover the cake, which gave an excellent finish with sharp neat edges as well as tasting amazing! I’m super proud of the cake I produced! Great video, definitely worth purchasing!!
