I was expecting a comic cake to be very tricky and, if I’m honest, beyond me, but having watched Annabelle’s demonstration, I decided to give it a go and am so glad I did. The video is extremely detailed, answering every question you might have, with clear explanations and demonstrations of each step … and there are a lot of steps in making a comic cake. It was such fun to create my own - simplified - version, which was a big hit with the birthday girl. With so many possible colour combinations, I am looking forward to watching the video again and making another comic cake soon.
