There are so many different types of icing - no wonder people find it rather confusing!! Annabelle will de-mystify it all. How to choose icing, what is best for basic cake covering, board covering, taller cakes, trickier shapes, modelling, complex modelling, flowers, decorations, and more. What should you use in moulds, for cupcake toppers, when you make a starburst, wired flowers, what works best in tappit cutters; what should you use for a free standing rainbow or an edible shed?

This class is designed to answer all your questions and give you the confidence to choose the right icing for the right job - everytime. You will be emailed comprehensive notes including 2 flow charts/ diagrams to help you choose the right icing for the task.
As always, Annabelle will share her top tips and knowledge gained from over 25 years in the cake industry. You will able to record the demonstration (or we can send you the link to Annabelle's recording) - you can save this to watch and re-watch as many times as you like, forever.
