Over 3 lessons you will make unwired roses, leaves and gerberas. Use dust colours to enhance them. You will ice a cake drum, add a personalised message, a ribbon and bow. Learn how to split, fill and ice a shaped cake. This course includes cake styling and is packed with ideas to help take your cakes to the next level. The course is timed for Mother's Day and your cake will stay fresh until then (and a few days beyond) - you are most welcome to change the colours and message to personalise it as you wish.

- How to attach flowers and leaves to a cake including a cascade

Annabelle
Director
Annabelle established Confection Perfection (now re-branded as Annabelle Jane Cake School) in 1996 from her kitchen table; bought her first retail premises in 2000 and is now settled in a delightful setting in Bearsted, just outside Maidstone. Annabelle has extensive cake decorating experience and is highly creative and artistic. Annabelle is an accredited tutor for the PME Diplomas in Sugar craft and also designs and delivers a wide range of other highly successful cake baking and decorating classes. Annabelle has a huge vision for our Cake School and ensures that the strong reputation we have earned continues to grow lead by her consistently high standards.
Everything is included - the cake, fillings, icings, board, box, icings, use of equipment. Students also receive a comprehensive set of notes and a 10% on shop purchases (on items used on the course) for the duration of the course. We provide tea, coffee, drinking water and cake. You may like to bring an apron.
If you would like to take photographs to supplement the notes you are most welcome, we do ask you not to take videos please.
