Annabelle will show you how to split and fill a Madeira cake, how to marzipan a fruit cake and then how to ice your cakes. Learn lots of clever tricks of the trade and top tips like the secret of sharp edges, how to successfully stack cakes, ganache vs buttercream vs frosting and transporting cakes. Annabelle will also include how to use templates and lots of finishing touches to give your cakes that professional touch.
Whether you are a beginner wanting to know where to start, a professional needing some tips, or somewhere in between - this is a demonstration not to be missed!

Annabelle is an accredited tutor for the PME Diplomas in Sugar craft and also designs and delivers a wide range of other highly successful cake baking and decorating classes. Annabelle has a huge vision for our Cake School and ensures that the strong reputation we have earned continues to grow lead by her consistently high standards.
