Sugar Flower Arranging Demonstration

Upcoming Start Dates
This course has been developed in direct response to feedback from our students and requests from customers.
Making sugar flowers is one thing but wiring them into sprays that enhance your cakes, show your flowers to their best advantage without breaking them is quite another. During this demonstration Annabelle will show you step by step how to create a variety of arrangements including a triangular spray, a crescent spray and a posy. Annabelle will also show you how to create a floral separator (the flowers in between tiers seen on many wedding cakes). The demonstration will include top tips straight from the CP kitchens and will include the practicalities of how to secure floral arrangements to your cakes and how to transport your master pieces.
As with all of Annabelle’s demonstrations – this is based on her years of experience within the cake industry, she shares her knowledge and insight, you can ask as many questions as you would like…..
