Such a delightful cake! We will bake a delicious Madeira cake for you. The day will begin by splitting and filling the cake with raspberry jam and vanilla buttercream. Moving on you will ice the cake to create the realistic bark and make edible moss, toadstools, edible 'soil', wired daffodils, primroses and butterflies

Lyn
Tutor
Lyn is a highly experienced and accomplished cake decorator, especially when it comes to modelling and shoes. Calm, patient and kind Lyn shares her knowledge clearly and is always there to help.
Everything is provided including a Madeira cake, all icings, board, ribbon and use of equipment. A box is provided for you to transport your cakes home. Students receive a set of course notes (you are welcome to take photographs to supplement the notes) . Students also receive a 10% discount on shop purchases on items used on the course.
We provide tea/ coffee/ drinking water and cake.

Woodland tree stump cake spring is a wonderful course. More than expected, learnt many new techniques. Lynn & Annabelle were patient, knowledgeable and on hand to offer advice & support. You learn so many skills that you wouldn't realise from looking at the cake. It also provides some basis into flower making.
