Upcoming Start Dates
You will learn the secrets of marzipanning and icing sphere cakes to achieve a flawless, professional finish. Moving on you will learn how to create a variety of springtime flowers, a lacy butterfly and a range of piping techniques. To finish you will decorate your spheres with piped designs and flowers of your choice.
You will make 2 spheres one of which will be fruit, that you will marzipan and ice ready for decorating, and the second will be sponge using chocolate ganache to fill and modelling chocolate to cover.
