A fabulous autumn themed cake packed with new skills (and chocolate!)
Working with rich chocolate cake and chocolate ganache buttercream you will pipe filling, palette knife the top, add chocolate soil (this is soooo yummy and actually very clever!). You will model a selection of pumpkins & gourds, add colour, glaze - make a plaque & a textured board.

Annabelle established Confection Perfection (now re-branded as Annabelle Jane Cake School) in 1996 from her kitchen table; bought her first retail premises in 2000 and is now settled in a delightful setting in Bearsted, just outside Maidstone. Annabelle has extensive cake decorating experience and is highly creative and artistic. Annabelle is an accredited tutor for the PME Diplomas in Sugar craft and also designs and delivers a wide range of other highly successful cake baking and decorating classes. Annabelle has a huge vision for our Cake School and ensures that the strong reputation we have earned continues to grow lead by her consistently high standards.
Everything is included including mini rich chocolate cake, chocolate ganache buttercream, chocolate soil, icings, use of equipment. A box to take your cake home in is also provided.
All the equipment is provided for you and you also receive a set of course notes.
We provide tea, coffee, drinking water and cake.
You may like to bring an apron (please don't buy one - we have spares!)

The classes are well paced and easy to follow, definitely coming back and so pleased I came today. Tutor was great, checked on everyone and was super helpful - repeated techniques when necessary. I was expecting moulds but so happy I got to learn how to hand model the pumpkins. Thoroughly enjoyed the whole course, super relaxing and interesting. This was a great course with fabulous results. I have done so many courses but I think this is one of my favourites.
