Such a fun cake design! We will bake you a yummy rich fruit cake and provide all materials/ equipment. You will marzipan & ice the mini cake (2-3 portions); model penguins. ice a cake board and create this playful scene - the perfect gift cake or use on top of a larger cake.

Please note - to ensure you are working at a pace at which you feel comfortable you may not make all 5 penguins. We will make sure you have made at least one penguin and that you feel confident with the skills. You will have sufficient icing to make more so if you prefer you can take this home and add additional penguins.

Annabelle established Confection Perfection (now re-branded as Annabelle Jane Cake School) in 1996 from her kitchen table; bought her first retail premises in 2000 and is now settled in a delightful setting in Bearsted, just outside Maidstone. Annabelle has extensive cake decorating experience and is highly creative and artistic. Annabelle is an accredited tutor for the PME Diplomas in Sugar craft and also designs and delivers a wide range of other highly successful cake baking and decorating classes. Annabelle has a huge vision for our Cake School and ensures that the strong reputation we have earned continues to grow lead by her consistently high standards.
Everything is included - the cake, marzipan, icings, colours, ribbon, board, box, use of equipment. Students also receive a comprehensive set of notes. We provide tea, coffee, drinking water and cake. You may like to bring an apron.
If you would like to take photographs to supplement the notes you are most welcome, we do ask you not to take videos please.
