Tutor

Lyn is a highly experienced and accomplished cake decorator, especially when it comes to modelling and shoes.  Calm, patient and kind Lyn shares her knowledge clearly and is always there to help.

Everything is included..  Students also receive a comprehensive set of notes and a 10% on shop purchases (on items used on the course) for the duration of the course.  We provide tea, coffee, drinking water and cake.  You may like to bring an apron.

If you would like to take photographs to supplement the notes you are most welcome, we do ask you not to take videos please.
