We will bake a mini dome cake for you which you will fill with buttercream and then decorate as this charming vintage style parasol filled with flowers. Everything is explained step by step and you will be amazed at how many skills are covered. Lyn, your tutor will also explain how to upscale the design if you wish to make a larger cake.

Lyn is a highly experienced and accomplished cake decorator, especially when it comes to modelling and shoes. Calm, patient and kind Lyn shares her knowledge clearly and is always there to help.
Everything is Included including the cake, all icings and a box.
All the equipment is provided for you and you also receive a set of course notes.
We provide tea, coffee, drinking water and cake.
You may like to bring an apron (please don't buy one - we have spares!)
