The focus of this cake is entirely on the decorative techiniques. We will provide the cakes, fillings and ganache. You will ice the cake using the panelling technique. Moving on you will pipe details, make ruffles and flowers - go home with lots of new skills and a very pretty cake.

Lyn is a highly experienced and accomplished cake decorator, especially when it comes to modelling and shoes. Calm, patient and kind Lyn shares her knowledge clearly and is always there to help.
Everything is Included including the cake, all icings and a box. Course attendees will also receive comprehensive course notes.
We provide tea, coffee, drinking water and cake.
You may like to bring an apron (please don't buy one - we have spares!)
