We have had such a lot of requests for help with fabric effects and ruffles that we are hosting this seated demonstration, which is jam packed with techniques and can answer all your queries!
Using sugarpaste, you will be shown a huge range of techniques and ideas including how to create swags, fabric flowers, a ruffle flower, ombre ruffles, a ruffle flower heart, a double ruffle with pearls, the billow effect, folded cirlces and a shredded ribbon border. The demonstration will also showcase the new PME Electric Sugar Paste Roller, showing you how this can be used to help you easily create your desired effect.
There will be plenty of tea, coffee and cake available and at the end of the evening you will take home a set of notes explaining each technique.

Annabelle has extensive cake decorating experience and is highly creative and artistic. Annabelle is an accredited tutor for the PME Diplomas in Sugar craft and also designs and delivers a wide range of other highly successful cake baking and decorating classes. Annabelle has a huge vision for our Cake School and ensures that the strong reputation we have earned continues to grow lead by her consistently high standards.
