The focus of this course is on learning how to achieve a smooth professional finish on your cakes. We will provide a rich fruit cake for you. You learn how to marzipan and ice it, basic decorative techniques including crimping and a ribbon with bow. Moving on you learn simple modelling techniques to enable you to create a festive scent with snowmen, trees and snowflakes. A lovely course, you learn lots and go home with a completed Christmas cake.
