Lyn is a highly experienced and accomplished cake decorator, especially when it comes to modelling and shoes.  Calm, patient and kind Lyn shares her knowledge clearly and is always there to help.

Everything is included - the rich fruit cakes, marzipan, icing, materials and a box to take your Festive gonk home in.  We provide use of all equipment.  

You may like to bring an apron.

We provide tea, coffee, drinking water and cake.

Students receive a full set of notes (you are welcome to take photos to supplement your notes) and a 10% discount in the shop on items used throughout the course.

Lots of help and clear instructions and patience. Course - absolutely loved it. Happy with the whole evening.
