This is a fast paced course jam packed with skills and techniques. We will provide 3 fruit cakes and over 6 weeks you will decorate them to create your own half & half/ dual/ two-faced cake.
You will learn
how to professionally marzipan and ice your cakes
how to work with sugarpaste, modelling paste, flowerpaste
how to create ruffles
use of moulds
modelling and cutter techniques
and lots more!
Everything is included and you take home a three tier Christmas fruit cake.
You may like to bring an apron.
