This is a fast paced course jam packed with skills and techniques. We will provide 3 fruit cakes and you will decorate them to create your own half & half/ dual/ two-faced cake.

- how to professionally marzipan and ice your cakes
- how to work with sugarpaste, modelling paste, flowerpaste
- how to create ruffles
- use of moulds
- modelling and cutter techniques
and lots more!
Everything is included and you take home a three tier Christmas fruit cake.
You may like to bring an apron.
