The workshop starts by learning how to make modelling chocolate including colouring and keeping times. Moving on you will cover a mini chocolate cake with flavoured ganache and create a bonnet from textured modelling chocolate. You will learn how to make a variety of flowers - all from modelling chocolate and use these to decorate your bonnet. This is a very comprehensive look at modelling chocolate and will open up a whole new world of cake decorating opportunities.
