Discover how easy and effective it is to make and use edible cake lace.
Spend 2.5 hours experimenting with various designs of cake lace. You will make the lace from start to finish, learn to colour it and how to apply it. We will share all our top tips on how to make, use and store cake lace. You will be able to keep your samples for future reference. You will even get special discounts on lace starter packs on the day. This is an introduction - go home inspired!
- Cake lace is amazingly versatile - you can make it in advance and store it forup to 6 months
- In addition to being able to use it on sugarpaste (fondant) cakes you can also apply cake lace to ganache and buttercream cakes
- Cake lace may be used on iced and 'naked' cookies
- Learn how to use cake lace on cupcake toppers and domed cupcakes

Annabelle established Confection Perfection (now re-branded as Annabelle Jane Cake School) in 1996 from her kitchen table; bought her first retail premises in 2000 and is now settled in a delightful setting in Bearsted, just outside Maidstone. Annabelle has extensive cake decorating experience and is highly creative and artistic. Annabelle is an accredited tutor for the PME Diplomas in Sugar craft and also designs and delivers a wide range of other highly successful cake baking and decorating classes. Annabelle has a huge vision for our Cake School and ensures that the strong reputation we have earned continues to grow lead by her consistently high standards.

The course was perfect. We learnt everything we needed to know. All courses are very enjoyable and well presented. All tutors are excellent, its amazing the knowledge they have like why things go wrong and how to put it right without starting again and patient with all levels of ability from beginners to those who are professional cake makers.
