Create your own beautiful little autumn posy from three beautifully piped cupcakes — and learn a whole host of buttercream piping techniques along the way! 

On this hands-on workshop, you’ll colour your own buttercream in three coordinating autumn shades and learn how to work with Colour Mill oil-based colours, including useful colouring techniques for achieving the perfect shades.

You’ll learn how to flat ice cupcakes and prepare and fill piping bags, before creating three different floral designs:

• A beautiful rose swirl
• A delicate two-tone chrysanthemum, with individually piped petals
• Pretty flowers using Russian piping nozzles and two-colour buttercream

Once your cupcakes are beautifully piped, we’ll bring them all together and learn how to assemble your three-cupcake posy, creating a gorgeous little autumn arrangement to take home.

It’s a lovely opportunity to learn a variety of piping techniques, experiment with colour and create something that looks far more complicated than it really is!

And, of course, you’ll take your finished three-cupcake autumn posy home to enjoy.
