Everyone wants taller cakes whether for a christening, birthday or a wedding. This demonstration will give you the confidence to create your own tiered cakes. Your worry of collapsing tiers will vanish as step by step each stage of the process will be carefully explained – how many dowels to use, which dowels to choose, how to cut them, how to put them in your cakes, where they go and how to calculate the spacing. Throughout the demonstration Annabelle will share her wealth of experience and explain the Confection Perfection top tips to ensure you have the knowledge whether you want to stack a seven tier cake, use pillars, separators or floating tiers. You will be able to ask as many questions as you need whilst enjoying a cup of tea and a slice of cake.

Annabelle has extensive cake decorating experience and is highly creative and artistic. Annabelle is an accredited tutor for the PME Diplomas in Sugar craft and also designs and delivers a wide range of other highly successful cake baking and decorating classes.
