The ultimate chocolate demonstration! We will explain and all about ganache – how to make it, how to use (in cakes, on cakes and for chocolate centres) and how to store it. Not all chocolate is the same and we will teach you how to choose chocolate and recipes for white, milk and dark chocolate. Moving on we will demonstrate the art of tempering chocolate and some lovely chocolate ideas. You will receive a fact sheet containing top tips and recipes.

Annabelle is an accredited tutor for the PME Diplomas in Sugar craft and also designs and delivers a wide range of other highly successful cake baking and decorating classes.
