Learn all our top tips and tricks of the trade! Let us know what you would like to create and we will show you how - from handbags to cars, camper vans to space rockets, baths, carriage clocks, dragons - the only limit is your imagination! Under the guidance our expert tutors you will begin the day planning the construction of your cake project, learning the golden rules of cake carving. Moving on you will then carve, split and fill your creation. There are many 'tricks' to achieving professional results and we share them all with you. Using sugar paste to ice your cake you will be taught a host of novelty effects to further enhance your design. Each participant will choose their own project so not only will you learn all about your creation you will learn from everyone else too.
This course has been planned in response to all your pleas for more help in this area - a jam packed day full of expert help and guidance. Be amazed at what you can create!

Annabelle established Confection Perfection (now re-branded as Annabelle Jane Cake School) in 1996 from her kitchen table; bought her first retail premises in 2000 and is now settled in a delightful setting in Bearsted, just outside Maidstone. Annabelle has extensive cake decorating experience and is highly creative and artistic. Annabelle is an accredited tutor for the PME Diplomas in Sugar craft and also designs and delivers a wide range of other highly successful cake baking and decorating classes. Annabelle has a huge vision for our Cake School and ensures that the strong reputation we have earned continues to grow lead by her consistently high standards.
